Encourage government organizations with call centres to provide direct 800# access to a dedicated service group for VRS users, particularly the CRA, Services Canada, Health Canada etc., to reduce confusion and rejections
Identify opportunities for Canada VRS to be included in select Federal Accessibility initiatives (social media, conferences)
Raise awareness of and acceptance for federal employees who are deaf to access Canada VRS for work
Raise awareness within Federal organizations that Canada VRS is a safe, confidential, efficient and free service for Deaf Canadians to access government services (Don't Hang Up)
