Canadian Generic Pharmaceutical Association negotiations – to provide feedback and commentary from the pharmacy sector on any future agreements
Non Insured Health Benefits Program (NIHB) - lobbying for the pharmacy services in connection with the drug benefits provided to eligible First Nations and Inuit clients, such as prescription drugs, over-the-counter drugs, nutrition products, etc.
Patented Medicines Prices Review Board notices - to provide commentary and feedback on Canada's policies related to pricing of new or current pharmaceutical prescription drug products

Controlled Drugs and Substances Act ('CDSA') - to advocate for making the current section 56(1) class exemptions permanent and for the recognition of pharmacists as practitioners under the CDSA.
Food and Drug Act - to provide commentary and feedback, when required, on the production, import, export, transport across provinces and sale of food, drugs, contraceptive devices and cosmetics and to provide the pharmacy profession's input on the safety and effectiveness of these products
Potential regulatory pathway to permit CBD as a medicinal ingredient in certain health products for human use, regulated under the Food and Drugs Act, which would not require a prescription – to advocate for the sale of these products to be permitted in pharmacies only
