Lobbying with the government to facilitate and support the Company's efforts to secure a federal grant, contribution, or other financial benefit from the Government of Canada via departmental programs (e.g. the Canadian Critical Minerals Investment Fund at NRCan, and the Strategic Innovation Fund at ISED), from Crown Corporations (e.g. EDC), and/or Arms-length independent bodies (e.g. Canada Growth Fund, Canada Infrastructure Bank) and/or from other agencies, departments, and crown entities not yet identified, to support the establishment of a Heavy and Light Rare Earth Element hub for Canada anchored by the Company's proposed mine and refinery in Quebec province and ancillary assets in Labrador.
