ECC submitted correspondence to the Canada Energy Regulator (CER) as part of the CER's consultation on Predictable and Efficient Processing of Certain Negligible-Risk and Low-Risk Activities. We supported the CER's interest in improving its processes and raised some technical suggestions for how it could advance that objective.
