Rogers Communications Inc. either directly or through one of its operating subsidiary companies will be monitoring and / or making representations with regard to the pending Cabinet appeal of the Canadian Radio Television and Telecommunications Commission (CRTC) Telecom Decision 2005-28 on Voice over Internet Protocol (VOIP), and will be monitoring on a continuous basis CRTC decisions and policies as they relate to broadcasting, distribution, and licensing, Industry Canada radio frequency spectrum management, issues found in Bill C-60 (Copyright law reform), pending lawful access legislation and possible amendments to the Radiocommunications Act pertaining to satellite signal theft.
