Rogers Communications Inc. either directly or through one of its operating subsidiary companies will be monitoring and / or making representations with regard to the pending Cabinet appeal of the Canadian Radio Television and Telecommunications Commission (CRTC) Telecom Decision 2005-28 on Voice over Internet Protocol (VOIP), and will be monitoring on a continuous basis CRTC decisions and policies as they relate to broadcasting, distribution, and licensing, Industry Canada radio frequency spectrum management, issues relating to copyright law reform, pending lawful access legislation and possible amendments to the Radiocommunications Act pertaining to satellite signal theft.
