- Amending Excise Act and Income Tax Act in regards to Dietary Supplements and Traditional Non-Allopathic Health Care Practitioners and related procedures, practices and devices.
- Amending Excise Act in regards to Dietary Supplements and Traditional Non-Allopathic Health Care Practitioners and related procedures, practices and devices to prohibit the 2000 policy change that reclassified ‘Dietary Food Supplements” from “Food” exempt to being subject to Goods & Service Tax (GST).
- Amending Income Tax Act in regards to Dietary Supplements and Traditional Non-Allopathic Health Care Practitioners and related procedures, practices and devices allow income deduction for all lawful health practitioners as determined by Provincial authorities for their services and any written recommended treatments / preventable programs without involving a pharmacist.
- Bill C-6: An Act to amend the Food and Drugs Act via a Private Member's Bill pertaining to jurisidictional & constitutional issues, as well as, bogus public interest.
- Championing consumer and small business constitutionally guaranteed “Rights of Choice” both for personal health care and trade and commerce for livelihood in regards to the combination of federal criminal power regulators including but not limited to the RCMP, Health Canada, CFIA, CBSA, CRA, Competition Bureau, etc.
- Income Tax Act re: Clarify by new legislative amendment the Tax status of Dietary Food Supplements and related Non-Allopathic Health Services taxation on Dietary Food Supplements.
- Legislative amendment to eliminate “Use-Based definitions of “Drug” and create clear criminal law definition line between drug and foods independent of use and or outcome to health pertaining to the Customs Act, Constitution Act, Food & Drugs Act & Statutory Instruments Act.
