- Bill C-32, An Act to Amend the Copyright Act with respect to amending copyright legislation to allow for an expansion of fair dealing to include education an a listed purpose, to allow for circumvention of digital rights management for non-infringement purposes, and to allow for better methods of research, study and instruction.
