Grant, Contribution or Other Financial Benefit
- Request funding from Women’s Community Fund to establish an English-speaking Quebec Women’s Network.
- Request funding from the Access to Justice in Both Official Languages Support fund for the purpose of conducting a needs analysis determining the level of access to justice in both official languages in Quebec.
- Request funding from the Community Life Component of the Development of Official-Language Communities Program to create a research compendium which will increase the level of knowledge and understanding within the English Speaking Community of Quebec (ESCQ) of the many communities that make up English-speaking Quebec as well as their historical and cultural realities, to nurture a greater sense of identity and belonging within the ESCQ as well as a greater understanding of ESCQ within francophone Quebec, and to create a useful tool for English and French language educators to study the English-speaking communities of Quebec and for community organizers to find relevant data
- Request funding from the Cultural Development Fund for the Arts, Culture and Heritage Access Project (ACHAP) which will:
identify the artistic, cultural and heritage initiatives that the English-speaking communities of Quebec would like to enjoy and experience in-person or via technology; assist the English-speaking communities of Quebec in planning, coordinating, developing partnerships, marketing and hosting selected artistic, cultural and heritage events; promote partnerships with French-speaking community leaders and resources to provide their communities with access to the artistic, cultural and heritage expressions of English-speaking Quebec; and, develop forums and exchanges between artistic, cultural and heritage resources/workers and English-speaking communities in order to create more informed and effective working relationships.

- Request funding from the Development of Official-Language Communities Program - Community Life Component – for the purpose of meeting operating costs for the 2010/2011 Fiscal year (FY) of the Quebec Community Groups Network (QCGN).
- Request funding from the Language Rights Support Programme (LRSP) to study the impact on language rights of options available to the Government of Quebec in response to the Nguyen decision, and to educate the English-speaking Community of Quebec about the LRSP.
- Requested additional funding from Recruitment and Integration of Immigrants Programme to expand an on-going study on the role of English-speaking Communities as capital attractors of immigrants.
- Requested funding from Economic Development Initiative to support research related to the role of English-speaking Communities as capital attractors of immigrants.
