- Environmental assessment: Amend or replace the Canadian Environmental Assessment Act, 2012 with new legislation to strengthen environmental review processes, including by improving public participation and implementing UNDRIP in the context of environmental assessment.
- Fisheries Act: Reform of federal Fisheries Act to restore lost protections for fish habitat and introduce modern safeguards
- Marine spatial planning and protected areas: Amendments to federal Oceans Act to authorize marine spatial planning and reform procedures for creating networks of marine protected areas
- Pacific North Coast oil tanker ban: Legislative proposal to formalize an oil tanker moratorium on the Pacific north coast of British Columbia.
- Water protection: Amend the Navigation Protection Act to restore lost protections and introduce modern safeguards

- Charities and public policy: Amendments to the Income Tax Act and related regulations and policy to enable charities to contribute freely to public debate and public policy.
- Climate change: Development of a national climate change policy framework, national greenhouse gas reduction targets and plans to implement both (enabled through legislation, regulation and policy); legislative proposals related to legal accountability for climate-related loss and damage.
- National Energy Board: Reform the National Energy Board Act and regulations to improve public participation, give effect to UNDRIP, align with Environmental Assessment Act reform, and to consider and apply national climate policy when decisions are made about energy infrastructure projects.
Policies or Program
- Coastal green infrastructure: Policy measures related to implementation of coastal green infrastructure as a sea level rise response strategy; development of a co-management framework for the Salish Sea and sub-regions of the Salish Sea; development and legal implementation of regional and sub-regional green infrastructure strategies.
- Green budget: Make a consolidated annual set of recommendations to the federal government regarding strategic fiscal and budgetary opportunities to address the most pressing issues regarding environmental sustainability in Canada
