- Bill C-27 An Act to amend the Pension Benefits Standards Act, 1985 with respect to discussions with government officials the implications of this bill on retirees and the need to protect the retirement income security that has already been earned by millions of Canadians in defined benefit plans, and reconsider the provisions in Bill C-27 that would allow retroactive pension changes.
