- Amendments the Canadian Human Rights Act and the Canada Labour Code to remove provisions that permit mandatory retirement.Formerly Bill C-13 Keeping Canada's Economy and Jobs Growing Act Part 12.
- Bill C-597 An Act to Amend the Holidays Act - Designating Remembrance day as a Legal Holiday. The lobbying activity consisted of raising concerns by Federal Employers that amending the Holidays Act to designate Remembrance Day as a legal holiday could be misinterpreted to include the creation of an additional paid General Holiday under the Canada Labour Code.
- Bill C-636 An Act to Amend the Canada Labour Code - Unpaid Training. At the invitation of the Parliamentary Secretary to the Minister of Labour, FETCO provided an overview of internship programs in place at Federally Regulated Employers and answered a series of questions posed by the Parliamentary Secretary to the Minister of Labour to varies stakeholders with an interest in internship programs. This included FETCO's views on Bill C-626.
- Bill S-201 - An Act to Prohibit and Prevent Genetic Discrimination. The Executive Director of FETCO attended and followed the debate of the Senate Committee on Bill S-201. FETCO raised concerns with the policy advisor to the Minister of Justice about the proposed broad application of discrimination on the basis of "genetic characteristics" that was proposed in Bi8ll S-201.

- Formerly Bill C-38 Jobs Growth and Long Term Prosperity Act Division 22 Revisions to Division XIII .2 of the Canada Labour Code - Long Term Disability. The lobbying activity focussed on the application of regulations regarding the requirement that all long term disability plans would have to be insured as of July 1, 2014/
