- CAA maintains communications with Health Canada's Substance Use and Addictions Program (SUAP) in relation to federal funding received for a national public awareness campaign on the dangers of cannabis-impaired driving.

- CAA is engaged in advocacy work related to federal regulations that have established the new air passenger rights regime for the protection of travellers.
