- ESDC Funding Grant, receiving funding to act as an Apprenticeship Intermediary and work with employers in manufacturing to place recent grads and apprentices in skilled occupations and produce high quality Labour Market. Furthermore, we work with employers and participants to ensure that they “stay on track” towards the goal of completing their apprenticeship levels. More specifically we are using registration bonuses to reduce the cost for hiring an industrial apprentice in one of 26 Red Seal Trades.
- ESDC'S Union Training and Innovation Program, receiving funding for a Consortia for Innovative Apprenticeship Training to support innovative and enhanced partnerships to address longstanding and complex challenges that limit apprenticeship outcomes, and to improve the participation and success of key groups in trades training and careers (i.e. women, indigenous peoples, newcomers, persons with disabilities)

- ESDC's Program, receiving funding for the Future of Canadian Automotive Labourfource (FOCAL): Solutions to Workforce Challenges and Industry Transitions (SWCIT) project to provide wage incentives for manufacturers in the broader automotive sector, additional supports to prospective manufacturing workers who come from equity deserving groups, covering the cost of training and wages for employers and incumbent workers. The project will also conduct additional research and labour market forecasts for the broader automotive sector. - still in process
- ESDC’s Youth Employment Skills Strategy, receiving funding for an innovative project to support disadvantaged and vulnerable youth to develop skills and find employment in manufacturing.
