Discussion with the government on any proposed tax changes, specifically relating to the Income Tax Act and associated regulations. Discussions will include the proposed investment tax credit for Carbon Capture, Utilization and Storage (CCUS) projects.

Consultation on Federal/Provincial greenhouse gas emissions reductions policies. Areas of focus will include cost of carbon (including the Clean Fuel Regulation and Output-Based Pricing System), provincial equivalency, credit generation and compliance mechanisms
