BV Realty is addressing the complexities of a Phase 4 Archaeological Study at 481 First Road West in Hamilton, Ontario, following the established regulations and guidelines, which uncovered multicomponent archaeological resources relevant to the local Nations. BV Realty intends to lobby the federal government to seek support for archeological studies by establishing governmental financial support and improvements of the review process. In doing so, the government can help keep housing projects on track, establish leadership in the investigation and recognition of the country’s vast cultural heritage, reduce conflict, encourage reconciliation, and maintain affordability for future homeowners.
