Description of activities
BP Canada Energy Group ULC is part of the BP p.l.c. group of companies which operates across six continents, in over 80 countries. Headquartered in Calgary, Alberta, we are active in three provinces and the Northwest
Territories, while our marketing and trading activities span the nation and expand into the US.
Our interests include joint ventures in three in situ oil sands opportunities in Northern Alberta. We also hold licences in the Canadian Beaufort Sea, the Mackenzie Delta and offshore Nova Scotia.
BP Canada Energy Group ULC has entered into an Intra-Group Support Services Agreement with BP Exploration Operating Company Limited (“BPEOC”), which is registered to carry on business in Canada. BP Canada Energy Group ULC provides support services to BPEOC in respect of BPEOC’s Canadian branch operations. Such services include advocacy in respect of government relations.
