- Maintain existing contingent line of credit agreement under the National Biomass Ethanol Program with regard to the ethanol plant at Varennes, Quebec owned and operated by GreenField Ethanol of Quebec Inc.
- Maintain existing grants under the Ethanol Expansion Program with regard to ethanol plants at Varennes, Quebec and Johnstown, Ontario and apply for further grants for those two plants and for existing ethanol plants at Tiverton, Ontario and Chatham, Ontario and a proposed ethanol plant at Hensall, Ontario under any future round.
