• Bill S-205 : Amendment to Bankruptcy and Insolvency Act, with regard to lowering the time limit in place on the discharge of student loans under bankruptcy filings.
• C-10 - the Budget Implementation Act, 2009, with respect to funding for accumulated deferred maintenance, and changes to Tri-agency funding.
