- The Security Screening Services Commercialization Act (included in the former Bill C-97, the Budget Implementation Act), the legislation that will enable an independent, not-for-profit entity to provide airport security screening services.

The National Airlines Council of Canada (NACC) represents the interests of large air carriers in Canada. The NACC advocates for safe, secure, sustainable and competitive air travel by promoting the development of a legislative, policy and regulatory framework necessary to foster a world-class air transportation system.
