Recommend to the federal government that U.S. excise taxes on Canadian wine should not be increased and if possible be lowered under a renegotiated NAFTA.
Recommend to the federal government that the Canadian wine industry continue to have existing protections and expanded access to the U.S. market under a renegotiated NAFTA.
