Government Contract Pursued
- There will be responses to Request for Proposals that are released by PWGSC for the Department of National Defence. I may be involved in preparing these proposals. In preparation of responding there may be preliminary meetings in advance of the RFP release to discuss customer requirements and to attend meetings like public request for information meetings that are held.

- I will be assisting the client by marketing lighting and related devices.
This may require helping the client to organize meetings with departments to be determined and organizing those meetings as a third-party on behalf of the client.
We will be seeking IRAP funding from the NRC-IRAP program. There may be other sources of funding to be solicited to be determined.

This activity may involve application for funding with National Research Council (NRC) IRAP for funding of technology development and commercialization requiring me to meet with NRC-IRAP officials (to be detailed in report).
There may also be collaborative testing, research and development with Department of National Defence officials if research funding in NRC-IRAP or BCIP are secured.

- I may be meeting with individuals from PWGSC Office of small to medium enterprise to address specific company needs such as security clearances that may be in requirement of a contract.
