- CRA Excise stamp logistics and placement on adult consumer use cannabis products
- Calling for enhanced inclusion in Government Agency Programs at Business Development Bank (BDC) and Farm Credit Canada (FCC) as well as Export Development Canada (EDC) for the Cannabis Sector.
- Seek deferal of 2.3 % regulatory fee charged to the sector as well as deferal on the remittance of collected Excise taxes to enhance the liquidity in the sector due to higher operating costs related to COVID - 19.

Description of the organization's activities
The Cannabis Council of Canada (C3) is Canada's voice for producers and processors of cannabis licensed by Health Canada under the Cannabis Act. Building on a model of medicinal marijuana initiated nearly 20 years ago Canada legalized adult use recreational cannabis in 2018. The association leads efforts to grow the sector and to raise matters of concern with Health Canada our primary regulator as well as many other governmental authorities.

Organization's membership or classes of membership
All Producers (LP) and Processors of Cannabis licensed under the Cannabis Act may be members of the Cannabis Council of Canada. Associate members are drawn from ancillary businesses and service providers. Associate members do not enjoy voting rights.
