Démarches dans le but d'obtenir davantage d'information de la part du ministère de l'Emploi et du Développement social Canada sur l'entente qui sera conclue avec le gouvernement du Québec (en lien avec le transfert du fonds pour la mise en oeuvre du Programme de prêts pour la reconnaissance des titres de compétences étrangers). Il est convenu que le gouvernement du Québec conclura une entente avec un organisme bénéficiaire spécialisé dans le microcrédit afin de rendre disponibles, auprès de la clientèle du service public d’emploi, des prêts visant à soutenir les travailleurs formés à l’étranger dans leurs démarches de reconnaissance de leurs titres de compétences. Les sommes de la subvention, qui demeurent inconnues, permettraient de financer les opérations du Moulin Microcrédits au Québec et s'ajouterait au capital d'emprunt, permettant ainsi à faire davantage de micro-prêts au Québec.
