Participation in the Green Budget Coalition meetings. The Green Budget Coalition brings together 25 leading Canadian environmental organizations, to present an analysis of the most pressing issues regarding environmental sustainability in Canada and to make a consolidated annual set of recommendations to the federal government regarding strategic fiscal and budgetary opportunities. This includes preparing the recommendation and meeting with elected officials to discuss them.
We are asking the Federal government to bring back the Fraser River Estuary Management Program prior to approving further shipping development.

Birds Canada (legal name: Bird Studies Canada) is a non-profit, charitable organization built on the enthusiastic contributions of thousands of caring members and volunteer Citizen Scientists.
