- Amendments to the Canadian Aviation Security Regulations with respect to the requirement for the development and submission of airport tenant security programs.
- Amendments to the International Civil Aviation Organization (ICAO) Technical Instructions for the Safe Transportation of Dangerous Goods by Air Regulations (the "Technical Instructions") in respect of the types of dangerous goods being transported by air, as well as the labeling and placarding requirements thereof. The Technical Instructions are incorporated by reference in the Transportation of Dangerous Goods Regulations (Canada) and thus form part of Canadian law.
