- Bill C 33.6 was proposed by the Minister of Immigration to the Senate on May 2019. Received the senate approval and was part of the Budget 2019 to receive 51.4 million dollars to the College of Immigration and Citizenship Consultants Corps.
the College Act became a law and is waiting for the new immigration minister to force the act.
there is infringement on the intellectual property by ICCRC board of Directors and CAPIC board of Directors which brought to the attention of the Prime minister and to the Minister if Immigration under the 42 parliament session to resolve the issue.
to cease any transition from ICCRC to College without the approval or the consent of Nancy Salloum the chairwoman of "CICC"

- Formerly known as C-35 Consistent with the need for the immigration consulting industry to self-regulate, and under Regulation R2, R10(2) and R13 or IRPA Immigration and Refugee Protection Act (IRPA) were amended. These amendments came into force on April 13, 2004 and March 19 2011.
Policies or Program
- Amendments to policy and procedural guidelines for implementing the Regulations on the use of representatives, by persons who are the subject of proceedings or applications pertaining to immigration and refugee matters. These Regulations came into force on April 13, 2004.
- Communication with Immigration Minister pertaining to a refugeee claimant- and to overturn the Minister decision and oversight the FC decision.
Regulation
- To amend the regulation to self-regulate, R2, R10(2) and R13.
Consultation pertaining to amend A91 provides the authority for the Government to enact regulations concerning who may represent a person who is the subject of a proceeding before the Minister, an officer or the IRB.
These amendments affect only those applications or proceedings that are subject to the Immigration and Refugee Protection Act (IRPA) and pertaining to section 5.2 Paid representatives and 5.3 Unpaid representatives of IP9 of IRPA ( Amendments to Inland Processing Manual no 9 ( IP9 ) published by Citizenship and Immigration-

Description of the organization's activities
It is a Federal self-regulatory body organization for all immigration and Citizenship Consultants since 2003
it also provide Lobbying various industries to change / Modify / Amend / Cancel Regulations that the change may have major impact on Canadians, Manufacturing, Institutions
Created "the College Act"since 2006 Feb 08 as part of the Government request to provide a submission for a bid to regulate immigration consultants. the Submission was proposed and delivered to the Minister of Immigration Jason Kenny in Oct 2010.
The Proposal was approved on May 2019 and received the Royal Assent on July 29 2019 after the Senate Approval
College means the College of Immigration and Citizen-ship Consultants continued under section 84 or established under section 86. (Collège)
immigration and citizenship consultant means a person — other than a person referred to in paragraph 21.1(2)(a) or (b) or subsection 21.1(3) or (4) of the Citizenship Act or paragraph 91(2)(a) or (b) or subsection 91(3) or (4) of the Immigration and Refugee Protection Act — who, directly or indirectly, represents or advises persons for consideration — or offers to do so — in connection with a proceeding or application under the Citizenship Act, the submission of an expression of interest under subsection 10.1(3) of the Immigration and Refugee Protection Act or a proceeding or application under that Act. (a) establishing and administering qualification standards, standards of practice and continuing education requirements for licensees;
(b) ensuring compliance with the code of professional conduct; and
(c) undertaking public awareness activities.
