THE CTHRB ALSO DEVELOPES PROGRAMS WHICH WILL ENABLE THE TECHNOLOGY LABOUR FORCE TO MAINTAIN ITS RELEVANCE IN THE FACE OF EVER CHANGING EMPLOYER NEEDS. | ||||
