THE CTHRB DEVELOPS NATIONAL COMPETENCY AND EDUCATION STANDARDS AND PROMOTES THE USE OF THESE STANDARDS TO ENHANCE THE QUALITY OF THE CANADIAN TECHNOLOGY WORKFORCE. THE CTHRB ALSO DEVELOPS PROGRAMS WHICH ENABLE THE TECHNOLOGY WORK FORCE TO MAINTAIN ITS RELEVANCE IN THE FACE OF EVER CHANGING EMPLOYER NEEDS.
