THE CTHRB DEVELOPES NATIONAL COMPETENCY AND EDUCATI ON STANDARDS AND PROMOTES THE USE OF THESE STANDARDS TO ENHANCE THE QU ALITY OF THE CANADIAN TECHNICAL WORKFORCE. THE CTHRB ALSO DEVELOPES PR OGRAMS WHICH WILL ENABLE THE TECHNOLOGY LABOUR FORCE TO MAINTAIN ITS R ELEVANCE IN THE FACE OF EVER CHANGING EMPLOYER NEEDS. |
