THE PRIMARY FOCUS IS ON ETHANOL DUE TO NEAR-TERM MARKET PROSPECTS AND ASSOCIATION RESOURCES. BIODIESEL IS AN EMERGING FOCAL AREA AS WELL. THE ASSOCIATION PROVIDES PUBLIC AWARENESS AND EDUCATION, MAINTAINING RELATIONS WITH SIMILAR INRERESTS IN OTHER COUNTRIES AND REPRESENTS THE ETHANOL INDUSTRY IN A VARIETY OF ACTIVITIES INCLUDING MEDIA, PUBLIC AWARENESS AND GOVERNMENT RELATIONS, INCLUDING INVOLVEMENT WITH SEVERAL GOVERNMENT ADVISORY COMMITTEES. |
