ANALYZE AND ANTICIPATE TRENDS, ACTING AS A WATCHDOG FOR PROCESSOR INTERESTS; . FACILITATE COMMUNICTIONS BETWEEN DAIRY PROCESSORS, GOVERNMENT, OUR SUPPLIERS AND OUR CUSTOMERS; . LOBBY DECISION-MAKERS ON PROCESSORS' BEHALF; . MANAGE ISSUES AND CRISES WHICH IMPACT BROADLY ON THE PROCESSING INDUSTRY.
