Through the Dairy Division (Canada), Saputo produces, markets and distributes in Canada a variety of cheeses, including mozzarella and cheddar; specialty cheeses, such as ricotta, provolone, parmesan, goat cheese, feta and havarti; fine cheeses, such as brie and camembert; and other cheeses, including brick, colby, farmer, munster, monterey jack, fresh curd and processed cheeses. Saputo also produces, markets and distributes in Canada fluid milk, cream, yogurt, sour cream, cottage cheese and ice cream mixes, as well as certain other dairy and non-dairy products including butter, flavoured cream, dips and flavoured coffee whitener. The Dairy Division (Canada) has a nation-wide distribution network, and products are sold under customer brand names, as well as under the Company’s own brands. Furthermore, Saputo produces, markets and distributes in Canada and on the international market a number of dairy ingredients, including milk powder, whey powder, lactose and whey protein concentrates.
