Description of the organization's activities: SEPAC is a non profit association incorporated under the Canada Business Corp. Act to advocate to governments for policies, laws and regulations that will improve the business and investment climate in Canada for small oil and gas producers. We also keep our members informed of petroleum industry news through our "Explorer" newsletters; we host seminars on topical issues and organize investment symposiums showcasing junor oil and gas companies to the investing public in Canada.
Organization's membership or classes of membership: We have approximately 475 member companies. Eighty percent are oil and gas "Producer Members" and the remainder are "Associate Members" who supply products and services to the upstream petroleum industry. For voting purposes there is a single class of membership in the Association.

Purpose to introduce SEPAC and key areas of interest. At Finance presented proposals to improve flow through share limits and followed up with letter dated November 30 to Finance Min. Flaherty and senior staff re: flow through share proposals.
