Bill or Resolution Renewable Fuels Mandate:In December the Government of Canada indicated that it would be changing the Canadian Environmental Protection Act to mandate that gasoline and diesel sold in Canada must contain a certain percentage of renewable fuel in the mixture. We support this move but would also like to encourage that this be expanded to a broader range of heating fuels.
