- Accords commerciaux bilatéraux avec l'Union européenne, l'Inde, le Japon et le Partenariat Trans-pacifique - chapitre sur la propriété intellectuelle: impact sur les lois et procédures au Canada
- Encourager le gouvernement à étudier la possible mise en oeuvre d'une "innovation box", un incitatif, par voie des impôts corporatifs, à l'innovation et la commercialisation (par le Budget)
- Examiner et commenter les changements à la Loi sur les brevets qui seront apportés par la ratification du Traité sur les brevets en 2017 (suite au Budget 2014)
- Examiner et commenter les changements à la Loi sur les dessins industriels qui seront apportés par la ratification de l'Arrangement de La Haye en 2017 (tel qu'indiqué dans le Budget 2014).
- Nous enourageons l'adhésion du Canada à la Convention Apostille (Convention de La Haye du 5 octobre 1961 supprimant l'exigence de la légalisation des actes publics étrangers)
