- identification of renewable fuel mandates for usage of ethanol and/or biodiesel and time-lines for such mandates - Government of Canada's Biofuels Bill (i.e. amendments to the Canadian Environmental Protection Act (Bill C-33) that will give the Government authority to develop regulations for renewable fuels mandating a 5% renewable content in gasolline by 2010 and 2% renewable content in diesel fuel and heating oil by 2012
