• Development of a Green Building Performance System to assist owners and managers with performance management of their buildings. Education and training are required to allow professionals to use the system complemented by industry training for better design and operation of buildings.
• Funding request for a national Green Building Performance System which would consist of an on-line management tool for building owners. The System would allow building owners and managers to benchmark performance of their building, provide tools and assistance and take action on making improvements.
