• Pursuant to Section 118 of the Income Tax Act and associated regulations related thereto; working to change the appeals practices of the Canada Revenue Agency of NOT accepting modified (corrected) medical questionnaires which are often utilized to deny disabled taxpayers access to the Federal Disability Tax Credit program.
• Pursuant to Section 118 of the Income Tax Act and associated regulations related thereto; working to change the due process practices of the Canada Revenue Agency of NOT proactively disclosing the specific details of Medical Questionnaires often relied upon to deny disabled taxpayers access to the Federal Disability Tax Credit.
• Working to broaden the definition of "life sustaining therapy" as applied under section 118 of the Income Tax Act to include in certain circumstances, medications that in and of themselves are life sustaining such as insulin.
