• With over five million members, the Aeroplan loyalty program, that is owned and operated by Aimia, is subject to and influenced by provincial, national and international privacy policy and Canadian The Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA). Specifically, Aimia is interested in the breech notification, consent and changes to the consent provisions/requirements of PIPEDA.
