As a leader in the provision of specialized health care services, we are relentless in our efforts to deliver quality services closer to home, and to seek out new and innovative ways to meet the health care needs of the more than one million people who reside in York Region and South Simcoe County. As a regionally designated site, Southlake is responsible for developing and providing such specialty services as cardiac care, cancer care, child and adolescent eating disorder care, mental health services for children, paediatrics and perinatal care, thoracic and cataract surgery, and arthritis care.
