- Négociations et suivis en vue de renouveler l'entente de financement du World Trade Centre Montréal avec l'Agence de développement économique du Canada pour les régions du Québec.

- Avis de la Chambre de commerce du Montréal métropolitain dans le cadre de la période de consultations prébudgétaires du gouvernement du Canada.
Les recommandations de la Chambre s’articulent autour de trois orientations majeures :
1. Maintenir à court terme les investissements publics stratégiques en infrastructure.
2. Préparer un retour graduel à l’équilibre budgétaire et rationaliser les dépenses.
3. Assurer en priorité les mesures qui soutiennent la productivité et la compétitivité de l’économie canadienne dans une perspective de croissance à long terme.
- Représentation auprès de différents titulaires de charges publiques afin de souligner et promouvoir l'importance des investissements publics dans le domaine de la culture pour la région métropolitaine de Montréal.
- Représentation auprès de différents titulaires de charges publiques afin de souligner et promouvoir l'importance des investissements publics dans le domaine des transports, en particulier des transports en commun, pour la région métropolitaine de Montréal.
- Représentation auprès de différents titulaires de charges publiques afin de souligner et promouvoir l'importance du libre-échange pour les entreprises de la région métropolitaine de Montréal. Dans la même veine, la Chambre incite le gouvernement fédéral a faire la promotion du libre-échange sur la scène internationale.
Regulation
- Lettre adressée à l’Agence des services frontaliers du Canada pour faire part des préoccupations de la Chambre concernant de nouvelles mesures de sécurité qui auraient comme effet de diminuer la fluidité et rallonger la durée de déplacement du lien ferroviaire entre Montréal et New-York.
