BIOTECANADA IS A NOT-FOR-PROFIT ORGANIZATION THAT IS THE VOICE FOR BIOTECHNOLOGY IN CANADA. BIOTECANADA IS DEDICATED TO THE SUSTAINABLE COMMERCIAL DEVELOPMENT OF BIOTECHNOLOGY IN CANADA. IT FOCUSES ON THE ISSUES AND ACTIVITIES AFFECTING THE CANADIAN BIOTECHNOLOGY COMMUNITY, BOTH NATIONALLY AND INTERNATIONALLY. BIOTECANADA IS INVOLVED IN MANY INITIATIVES TO ADDRESS THESE ISSUES, INCLUDING REGULATORY AND POLICY ADVOCACY, FINANCE, AND THE COLLECTION AND DISSEMINATION OF MARKET INFORMATION.
