- Provide feedback on the Government of Canada's response to COVID-19 to address the potential exacerbation of drug shortages.

- Meet with federal officials to discuss Canada's response to the proposed bulk importation of medications from Canada to the United States.
- Recommend that the government and regulators adopt proactive approaches to communicating drug supply and shortages issues and measures to address them.
- Recommend that the new powers for the Health Minister in the Food and Drug Act governing drug supplies should be extended past their September 2020 expiry date and be made permanent.
- Share patient groups perspectives on drug pricing and access to medications/vaccines/clinical trials, specifically regulations and guidelines related to the Patented Medicine Prices Review Board.

- Request to delay implementation of the federal PMPRB regulations in light of the COVID-19 pandemic allowing all stakeholders to focus efforts on dealing with the public health emergency.
