- Constitutional Issues, with respect to Section 8 Constitution Act: To include property rights affecting ownership of firearms and related items as a matter for the constitution. To ensure that it is clear that Security of the Person includes the right to defend oneself and others in need of aid; To improve mobility rights to ensure that firearms owners are free to move their property from jurisdiction to jurisdiction without fear of prosecution.
- Justice and Law Enforcement - Part III of the Criminal Code of Canada and all related administration, regulations and policy affecting the possession, ownership and use of firearms. Lobbying aim is to achieve repeal of the Firearms Act and replace it with legislation that better respects the ownership and use of all categories of firearms and related items.
