Bill S-238, Ban on Shark Fin Importation Act, An Act to amend the Fisheries Act and the Wild Animal and Plant Protection and Regulation of International and Interprovincial Trade Act (importation of shark fins). Amending the act to prohibiting shark finning in Canadian waters and amending the Wild Animal and Plant Protection and Regulation of International and Interprovincial Trade Act limit the importation of shark fins into Canada.
