Amender la Loi canadienne sur la santé (LCS) afin d’établir de nouvelles lignes de conduite en ligne avec les nouvelles réalités technologiques, scientifiques et pharmaceutiques d’une part, et économiques et démographiques de la population canadienne d’autre part. Mettre en exergue la désuétude et effets pervers de la Loi canadienne sur la santé (LCS) sur le système de santé canadien et québécois afin d’en contrer les impacts négatifs sur les mesures et politiques adoptées par le gouvernement provincial. Militer auprès des gouvernements provincial et fédéral pour que des amendements soient apportés à la LCS, voir à la possibilité de son abolition complète.
Signaler et militer pour abolir les conditions imposées par le gouvernement fédéral au gouvernement du Québec pour les transferts en santé. Le refus de Madame Philpott de libérer les transferts en santé du fédéral, précipite la mise en place par le ministre de la santé Dr. Barrette de la loi 92 visant à éliminer les frais accessoires. Les conséquences sont désastreuses pour tout centre médical.

Influencer le gouvernement fédéral à ne point s’ingérer dans la gestion des ministères de la santé provinciaux notamment le Ministère de la santé et des services sociaux (MSSS) au Québec, ce qui risque d’avoir des répercussions néfastes sur l’accessibilité et qualités des soins de santé desservis à la population au niveau provincial.
