• To advocate for a Canadian medical cannabis export strategy to assist Canada's world class legal cannabis industry in accessing new and emerging international medical cannabis markets.
• To advocate for continued secure, direct, delivery of regulated cannabis products for both medical patients and adult-use consumers as Canada Post adapts its delivery protocols in response to the COVID-19 pandemic.

• Organigram is supportive of a strong well-regulated medical and adult-use cannabis system in Canada. Ongoing advocacy will focus on zero-rating and removing the Excise Tax on medical cannabis; a more flexible branding and promotion regulatory regime for low-THC cannabis edible and oil products; minimizing harms of use; strategies to eradicate the black market, allowing access to medical cannabis in pharmacies, programs to increase cannabis literacy; strengthening Canada’s cannabis compliance system and increasing funding for research and development into cannabis.
• To advocate for a national excise stamp vs the current system requiring provincial-specific & territory-specific excise stamps in order to improve the efficiency of the regulated cannabis sector and to better facilitate inter-provincial trade.
