• Members of the House of Commons and Senate of Canada - advocacy re programs in respect of Canada Space Agency, National Defence, Public Services and Procurement Canada, Global Affairs Canada; Canada's trade policy and the Export and Import Permit Act and Export Control List relating to MDA's exporting history (visas and export controls); Canadian space and technology programs related to robotics. Lobbying will be undertaken in relation to the several areas of legislative and regulatory change and development, policy and program change and development, and proposals and contracts resulting in a financial benefit.

• Atlantic Canada Opportunities Agency (ACOA) programs in regard to procuring funding approval for development projects and interest in the success and continued support of said projects and advocacy to other interested Government departments. Lobbying will be undertaken in relation to both policy and program change and development, and proposals and contracts resulting in a financial benefit.
• Canadian Space Agency (CSA) Programs relating to satellite imagery. Lobbying will be undertaken in relation to both policy and program change and development, and proposals and contracts resulting in a financial benefit.
• Canadian Space Agency (Unsolicited Proposals for Science and Technology Development Program Contracts) with regard to future mission concepts and innovative studies. Lobbying will be undertaken in relation to both policy and program change and development, and proposals and contracts resulting in a financial benefit.
• Canadian Space Agency Programs with regard to MacDonald, Dettwiler and Associates Inc. Satellite Infrastructure Servicing (SIS) Program. Lobbying will be undertaken in relation to both policy and program change and development, and proposals and contracts resulting in a financial benefit.
• Canadian Space Agency: Advocacy for Canada to participate and share in International Space Programs that may bring work that MDA could bid for. Lobbying will be undertaken in relation to both policy and program change and development, and proposals and contracts resulting in a financial benefit.
• Canadian Space Agency: Advocacy of the benefits of potential programs: Radarsat Constellation Mission (RCM), follow-on to RCM, Polar Comms & Weather, Space Exploration and other Canadian Space Agency programs. Lobbying will be undertaken in relation to both policy and program change and development, and proposals and contracts resulting in a financial benefit.
• Canadian Space Plan with regard to seeking funding and submitting program proposals for new projects and initiatives. Lobbying will be undertaken in relation to both policy and program change and development, and proposals and contracts resulting in a financial benefit.
• Department of National Defense: Advocacy of the benefits of current/potential programs: Canadian Surface Combatant (CSC), Fixed-Wing Search and Rescue (FWSAR), Joint Uninhabited Aerial Vehicle Surveillance Target Acquisition Systems (JUSTAS), Canadian Multi-mission Aircraft (CMA), Joint Support Ship (JSS), Surveillance and Space II, follow-on to RCM and various other DND programs with respect to procuring approval for participation in said programs. Lobbying will be undertaken in relation to both policy and program change and development, and proposals and contracts resulting in a financial benefit.
• Discussions with the Canadian Space Agency, Innovation, Science and Economic Development Canada and Global Affairs Canada concerning the development of the data policy for RADARSAT Constellation Mission (RCM) and future remote sensing missions. Lobbying will be undertaken in relation to both policy and program change and development, and proposals and contracts resulting in a financial benefit.
• Environment and Climate Change Canada - Canadian Operations and Environmental Programs in respect of Canadian pipelines and environmental response. Lobbying will be undertaken in relation to both policy and program change and development, and proposals and contracts resulting in a financial benefit.
• Innovation, Science and Economic Development Canada for Research and Development Programs with regard to Satellite Infrastructure Servicing (SIS) program. Lobbying will be undertaken in relation to both policy and program change and development, and proposals and contracts resulting in a financial benefit.
• Natural Resources Canada - RADARSAT Constellation Mission (RCM); Canadian Operations and Environmental Programs in respect of surveillance and pipelines. Lobbying will be undertaken in relation to both policy and program change and development, and proposals and contracts resulting in a financial benefit.
• Public Services and Procurement Canada - Canadian ship programs and procurement strategy; RADARSAT Constellation Mission (RCM). Lobbying will be undertaken in relation to both policy and program change and development, and proposals and contracts resulting in a financial benefit.
• Transport Canada - Canadian Operations and Environmental programs as they relate to safety and security, intelligence, surveillance and reconnaissance, marine safety and environmental response. • Treasury Board of Canada Secretariat - addressing questions relating to existing or potential contracts with respect to Space Robotics and Exploration programs. • Export Control Policies: Advocacy for a faster turnaround process on Export permit decisions including approval for those files already in process, and to enable a Canadian Export Policy regime that allows MDA to export Space capabilities to the international market.
• Global Affairs Canada - Canada's trade policy re export controls, the Export Control List and MDA's exporting history; Canadian space and technology programs related to robotics.
• Global Affairs Canada with respect to MDA's licensing and exporting practice; Canadian space program and opportunities for Canada in space robotics/exploration; programs related the Canada-India Economic Partnership Agreement.
• Remote Sensing Space Systems Act in relation to the definition of operating parameters and who has access to data and how this pertains specifically to the Operating License for RADARSAT 2.
