- Canada Water Agency - to create and implement and adapt a pan Canadian water monitoring framework that would have positive impacts for canola farmers
- Economic Development - supporting the economic development of rural communities and the Canadian economy by advocating for policies that help farmers succeed.
- Ensure governments recognize the benefits that farmers provide to the environment. Including in relation to polices and regulations concerning carbon pricing, as it pertains to on-farm exemptions, offset protocols, rebates, and research.
- International Trade - multi and bi-lateral trade negotiations to maintain and increase canola exports. Support the modernization of the World Trade Organization as a mechanism to promote rules-based trade. Support additional government resources to help solve technical trade barriers.
- Transportation - ensure the Canada Transportation Act works in the best possible way for the Agricultural sector
